8. User Content & Responsibilities

8.1 Ownership of Content

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to any Content you submit, upload, or otherwise provide through the Services, including but not limited to website URLs, brand assets, metadata, and other data inputs. GEOReport does not claim ownership of your Content.

8.2 License to GEOReport

By submitting Content to the Services, you grant GEOReport a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, process, analyze, transmit, and display such Content solely for the purposes of operating, maintaining, and providing the Services. This license includes the right to generate and deliver Reports based on your Content.

8.3 User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

a) You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to provide the Content and to authorize GEOReport’s processing of it;

b) The Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy rights;

c) The Content does not contain unlawful, harmful, or offensive material; and

d) The Content complies with applicable laws, including data protection, consumer protection, and intellectual property regulations.

8.4 Accuracy and Suitability of Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and quality of your Content, as well as for ensuring that it is suitable for analysis by the Services. GEOReport is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in Reports arising from incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate Content provided by you.

8.5 Content Backups

You are responsible for maintaining adequate backups and copies of your Content. While GEOReport may retain Content during the Subscription Term as part of service delivery, GEOReport does not guarantee permanent retention of Content after termination or expiration of your Subscription Term.

8.6 Public Sharing of Reports

If you share or publish Reports externally, you must ensure that such use:

a) Does not misrepresent GEOReport’s findings;

b) Does not suggest endorsement or certification by GEOReport without prior written consent; and

c) Retains any applicable disclaimers or branding included in the Reports.

8.7 Liability for User Content

You acknowledge that GEOReport does not actively monitor or control Content submitted by Users. You remain fully liable for all Content you provide and for any consequences of its use, disclosure, or processing through the Services.
