10. Third-Party Services, APIs, & Integrations

10.1 Third-Party Services

The Services may enable or require you to access, integrate with, or rely upon third-party platforms, applications, data sources, APIs, or services (collectively, “Third-Party Services”). Examples may include AI model providers, analytics platforms, or payment processors. GEOReport does not control and is not responsible for the operation, availability, accuracy, or practices of Third-Party Services.

10.2 Separate Terms and Policies

Each Third-Party Service is governed by its own terms of service, privacy policies, and usage restrictions, which you are responsible for reviewing and complying with. Your use of Third-Party Services is a matter strictly between you and the applicable provider. GEOReport does not assume responsibility for, nor does it endorse, any Third-Party Service.

10.3 Integration Availability

GEOReport does not guarantee that any integration, connection, or compatibility with a specific Third-Party Service will continue to be available throughout your Subscription Term. Integrations may be added, suspended, or removed at any time, including where required by changes in the third party’s services, contractual terms, or applicable law.

10.4 Data Sharing and Transfers

If you enable an integration with a Third-Party Service, you authorize GEOReport to:

a) Transmit and exchange your Content or data between the Services and the Third-Party Service;

b) Access, store, or process data retrieved from the Third-Party Service as necessary to operate the integration.

You acknowledge and agree that GEOReport is not responsible for any use, disclosure, modification, or deletion of your data by the Third-Party Service.

10.5 APIs and Usage Restrictions

Where the Services provide application programming interfaces (“APIs”), SDKs, or other developer tools:

a) Your use of such tools is subject to these Terms and any additional API documentation or limits provided by GEOReport;

b) You may not use the APIs in a manner that unreasonably burdens or degrades the Services, circumvents usage restrictions, or competes with GEOReport;

c) GEOReport reserves the right to monitor API usage and suspend or revoke API access at its discretion.

10.6 No Warranty for Third-Party Services

All Third-Party Services are provided by their respective providers. GEOReport disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for:

a) The availability, performance, or reliability of Third-Party Services;

b) The accuracy, legality, or completeness of information derived from such services;

c) Any damages or losses resulting from your reliance on or interaction with Third-Party Services.
