2. Eligibility & Authority

2.2 Authority When Acting on Behalf of an Entity

If you access or use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity (“Entity”), you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to bind that Entity to these Terms;

• All actions taken under your Account will be deemed actions of the Entity; and

• The Entity shall be jointly and severally liable for compliance with these Terms, together with you individually.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself (or the Entity, where applicable) during registration and to keep such information updated. Misrepresentation of identity, authority, or eligibility may result in immediate suspension or termination.

2.4 Right to Refuse Access

GEOReport reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

a) Deny or revoke access to the Services if it reasonably determines that you do not meet eligibility requirements;

b) Suspend or terminate your Account if your use of the Services presents a security risk, legal violation, or reputational harm to GEOReport, its affiliates, or other Users;

c) Require additional documentation (e.g., proof of identity, proof of company authorization) before granting or continuing access.
