3. Description of Services

3.1 Scope of Services

GEOReport provides a proprietary software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) platform designed to evaluate and monitor how websites, brands, and digital content are surfaced, cited, and represented across AI-generated outputs (including, but not limited to, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and comparable systems). Core functions of the Services include, but are not limited to:

a) Generating a GEO Health Score, which measures visibility and representation quality in AI-generated responses;

b) Providing diagnostic insights identifying missing, inaccurate, or under-optimized brand data;

c) Delivering competitor benchmarking tools to compare visibility and positioning;

d) Generating periodic reports and recommendations to assist Users in improving their digital representation across AI ecosystems.

3.2 Evolving Nature of Services

The Services are designed to evolve with the rapidly changing AI ecosystem. Accordingly, GEOReport reserves the right to add, modify, improve, discontinue, or deprecate features or functions at any time. Where a modification materially reduces core functionality or negatively impacts the intended use of the Services, GEOReport will provide Users with reasonable advance notice and corresponding remedies as described in Section 15 (Modifications to Services & Terms).

3.3 Beta, Preview, or Trial Features

From time to time, GEOReport may make available certain features designated as “Beta,” “Preview,” “Early Access,” “Evaluation,” or “Trial.” Such features:

• Are provided strictly AS-IS and may be incomplete, contain errors, or lack full documentation;

• May change, be discontinued, or not become generally available;

• Are subject to usage limits, confidentiality obligations, or additional restrictions communicated at the time of release;

• Are excluded from any service-level commitments, warranties, or support obligations otherwise applicable to the Services.

3.4 Third-Party Dependencies

Some features of the Services may rely on access to Third-Party Services (as defined in Section 1), including external APIs, AI platforms, or analytics providers. GEOReport does not guarantee uninterrupted integration with any specific Third-Party Service and shall not be liable for disruptions, modifications, or terminations of such external services.
