4. Account Registration, Security, & Management

4.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete registration information. You agree to promptly update such information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. Misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of material information may result in suspension or termination of your Account.

4.2 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will be provided with or permitted to create unique login credentials (username, password, and/or authentication keys). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials. You must implement and enforce industry-standard security practices, including the use of strong passwords, password rotation, and multi-factor authentication (MFA), where available.

4.3 Responsibility for Activities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, regardless of whether such activities are undertaken by you, an Authorized User, or an unauthorized party. GEOReport will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.

4.4 Unauthorized Access & Security Incidents

You agree to immediately notify GEOReport at https://discord.gg/GPBkUjcs if you suspect or become aware of:

l Unauthorized use of your Account;

l Compromise of login credentials; or

l Any other actual or potential security incident affecting the Services.

GEOReport may require you to reset credentials or take other remedial measures to maintain the security of the Services.

4.5 Suspension Rights

To protect the security and integrity of the Services, GEOReport reserves the right, without liability, to:

l Suspend or disable access to your Account if we reasonably believe it has been compromised or misused;

l Deny or restrict access where your use may pose a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk; or

l Comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request.

4.6 Account Termination by User

You may terminate your Account at any time by following the procedures outlined in your dashboard or contacting GEOReport. Termination of an Account does not relieve you of obligations to pay accrued fees or alter data retention/deletion obligations under Section 11 (Data Processing & Privacy).
