21. Governing Law, Venue, & Export Controls

21.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles or rules that might result in the application of laws from another jurisdiction.

21.2 Jurisdiction & Venue

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Services, or their performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law. You and GEOReport agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

21.3 Export Controls & Sanctions

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and trade sanction laws and regulations, including but not limited to those administered by Hong Kong authorities, the United Nations, and other applicable jurisdictions. You represent and warrant that:

l You are not located in a country or territory subject to comprehensive trade sanctions;

l You are not identified on any restricted parties list maintained by applicable authorities;

l You will not use the Services for purposes prohibited by export control laws, including but not limited to nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.

21.4 Cross-Border Considerations

If you access the Services from outside Hong Kong, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and restrictions applicable to your jurisdiction. GEOReport makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or lawful for use in all territories.
