14. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, embargoes, strikes or labor disputes, epidemics, pandemics, cyberattacks, government actions, utility outages, or failures of internet or telecommunications infrastructure (“Force Majeure Event”).
The affected party shall notify the other without undue delay and use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact. If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may terminate the affected Services by providing written notice.
