6. License & Permitted Use

6.1 Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of all applicable fees, GEOReport grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services during your Subscription Term. This license is granted solely for your internal business purposes and does not transfer any ownership rights in the Services.

6.2 Scope of License

The license provided herein allows you to:

l Access and use the Services via your Account;

l Generate, view, and export Reports created by the Services;

l Use Reports for your internal analysis, strategy, and business decision-making purposes;

l Share Reports internally within your organization, or externally only in accordance with Section 9 (Intellectual Property) and Section 7 (Acceptable Use).

6.3 Restrictions on Use

You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

a) Resell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise commercialize the Services, Reports, or Documentation, except as expressly permitted;

b) Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the Services or Reports, other than as authorized;

c) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or methodologies underlying the Services, except to the limited extent permitted by applicable law;

d) Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features, rate limits, usage monitoring, or access controls;

e) Use the Services to compete directly with GEOReport or for benchmarking purposes without our prior written consent;

f) Use the Services or Reports in any way that harms, degrades, or interferes with GEOReport, its infrastructure, or other Users.

6.4 Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by GEOReport. No implied licenses are granted under these Terms, whether by estoppel, statute, custom, or otherwise.

6.5 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, comments, ideas, or other feedback relating to the Services (“Feedback”):

l You hereby grant GEOReport a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and incorporate such Feedback into the Services or future products.

l GEOReport will not publicly attribute Feedback to you without your consent, and nothing in this Section obligates GEOReport to implement any Feedback.
