1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth below:

• Account: The unique registration profile created by a User to access and utilize the Services, including associated login credentials, settings, usage history, and billing details. An Account may be created by an individual User or by an entity, and shall remain active until terminated in accordance with these Terms.

• Authorized Users: Employees, contractors, consultants, or agents who are expressly permitted by a User (acting as a company or organization) to access and use the Services on its behalf, subject to these Terms. The User shall be fully responsible for all acts and omissions of its Authorized Users.

• Content: Any information, material, or data submitted, uploaded, connected, or otherwise provided by a User through the Services, including but not limited to website URLs, brand assets, structured data, written materials, or other digital inputs used for analysis. Content expressly excludes Reports generated by the Services.

• Report(s): The analytical outputs, insights, benchmarks, dashboards, and GEO Health Scores generated by the Services in response to processing of Content. Reports may be presented in various formats (including dashboards, downloadable files, or visualizations) and are intended solely for the User’s internal business purposes, unless otherwise authorized in writing by GEOReport.

• Documentation: The explanatory materials, user guides, knowledge bases, technical specifications, training resources, and instructions made available by GEOReport to assist Users in the proper use of the Services. Documentation may be updated from time to time at GEOReport’s discretion.

• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under applicable data protection and privacy laws (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”), that is collected, stored, or otherwise processed through the Services.

• Subscription Term: The duration of paid access to the Services, as specified during the checkout process, within an order form, or as otherwise agreed in writing between the User and GEOReport. The Subscription Term commences on the effective date of purchase or activation and continues until expiration or termination in accordance with these Terms.

• Third-Party Services: External software applications, platforms, integrations, APIs, or tools that interoperate with, are linked to, or are referenced by the Services. Third-Party Services are provided by independent providers, are subject to their own terms and policies, and are not under GEOReport’s control.
