23. Notices

23.1 Methods of Communication by GEOReport

GEOReport may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to these Terms, subscription renewals, invoices, security alerts, or other service-related matters, by any of the following means:

a) Email to the email address associated with your Account;

b) In-product notifications displayed via your dashboard or account portal;

c) Website postings on GEOReport’s official website.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information. Notices delivered by these methods will be deemed effective even if you fail to read them.

23.2 Legal Notices to GEOReport

23.3 Deemed Receipt

a) Notices sent by email shall be deemed received on the next business day following transmission, provided no bounce-back or delivery failure notice is received.

b) Notices delivered via in-product messaging or postings shall be deemed received on the date of posting.

c) Notices delivered by registered or courier mail shall be deemed received five (5) business days after dispatch.

23.4 Language

All notices must be provided in English, unless otherwise required by law.
