Site Manage Dashboard
An overview of your auditing process
Site Manage Dashboard Overview
The dashboard shows an overview of all the sites you’ve added to GEOReport, including:
Site name & domain → Clear list of the websites you’re tracking.
Last audited date → Helps you know if results are fresh or outdated.
Pages audited vs crawled → Shows how many pages were actually reviewed by GEOReport vs how many exist.
GEO Health Score → At-a-glance score to quickly see which sites are performing well and which are struggling.

Why this matters for AI visibility?
If you manage multiple brands or clients, you need to know which site is most “invisible” to AI tools right now. The dashboard lets you prioritize fixes where they’ll make the biggest impact.
Example:
Site A → Last audited yesterday, Score 8.2 (green) → Good.
Site B → Last audited 3 months ago, Score 5.9 (red) → Needs immediate work.
FAQs
How many sites can I track in the dashboard?
It depends on your plan. Free users typically track 1 site, Pro users can track more, and Agency/Lifetime users can manage multiple client websites.
Why does the “Last audited date” matter?
Because AI visibility isn’t static. A site audited months ago may now be outdated compared to competitors who updated their structure or content recently.
What’s the difference between “pages audited” and “pages crawled”?
"Pages crawled" is the total number of pages GEOReport detects on your site, while "Pages audited" is the number of pages you actually test on GEOReport. If you only audit 10 out of 200 pages, blind spots may remain.
Can I see all my client sites at once?
Yes. The dashboard lists all added sites with their scores, so agencies and consultants can quickly see which client needs attention first.
Why is one of my sites missing from the dashboard?
It usually means you haven’t added it yet. Add the domain manually, then run an audit to start tracking.
