An overview of specific pages
Page Manage Overview
Within each site, you can zoom in on specific pages. This shows:
Page name / URL
Individual page score
Number of issues flagged
Critical vs Minor issues breakdown
You can also:
Add missing URLs → If GEOReport missed a page during crawling, paste it in manually.
Filter by page type → Blog, landing page, product page, etc.
Why this matters?
AI assistants don’t treat all your pages equally. Some pages (like blogs with FAQs) are far more likely to appear in AI results than, say, your “About Us” page. By managing individual pages, you can focus on the ones with the most AI visibility potential.
Example:
Blog post “Best Pickleball Paddles 2025” → High opportunity page for AI search.
Contact page → Low AI search value. You’d prioritize fixing the blog first.
FAQs
Why do some of my important pages not appear in the audit?
Some pages may not be detected during crawling if they’re hidden behind scripts, not linked from your navigation, or blocked by robots.txt. You can add these missing URLs manually.
Which types of pages are most valuable for AI visibility?
Pages that answer questions directly like blogs, FAQs, and guides are more likely to be cited by AI assistants than static pages (e.g., “About Us” or “Contact”).
What does “Critical vs Minor issues” mean for a page?
Critical and Minor issues refers to the difference in impact these issues have on a page.
Critical issues are problems that directly block AI from trusting or citing your page, such as missing an heading or having no citations. Minor issues, on the other hand, focus on improving polish and readability, but they are not deal-breakers for AI trust or citation.
Can I compare pages against each other?
Yes. By reviewing individual page scores, you can see which pages are strong and which need improvement. This helps prioritize where to invest effort first.
Should I optimize all my pages or just focus on key ones?
Start with high-impact pages (like product reviews, service landing pages, or blogs that answer common questions). Once those are optimized, expand fixes to less critical pages.
